How does a consultation work?
We start with your actual situation.
“Tell me what’s really going on” rather than a checklist.
From there, we work through what’s driving and blocking you, and what your real options are.
I explain my reasoning as we go, so a direction makes sense to you rather than being handed down.
What's the difference between a coach and a psychologist?
A fair question, because “coach” gets used loosely.
I’m a business psychologist by training, which means I can work with what’s actually underneath a career problem, not just set goals and ask questions.
Coaching is one thing I do, it isn’t what I am.
How much does it cost?
The first step, a short introductory call, is free.
After that, a single consultation is 6000₽.
For the fuller process that ends in your written Career Map, there are two packages depending on how much depth your situation needs: 15,000₽ (3 sessions) and 20,000₽ (5 sessions).
Payment is handled securely through Robokassa.
I tell you the cost up front so you’ll never have a price sprung on you at the end of a call.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you’re working through.
Some people get real clarity quickly, others need the fuller process.
We’ll be honest about that from the start, so you’re never paying for sessions you don’t need.
Do you offer guarantees?
No, and I’d be wary of anyone who does.
I can’t promise a specific job, salary, or that you’ll feel certain after one session.
What I promise is honest, careful work and a real plan.
